Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email with your order number.

Pick Up - Available within 3-5 business days

Hong Kong - Delivered within 3-5 business days

(Free delivery for purchase above HKD2,500)

International Standard - Delivered within 7-16 business days

International Express - Delivered within 3-7 business days

We will not be liable for the damage on the packaging during the transport. You may declare the damage within 3 days of receipt and email us with the photos of the damaged product and your order number. No claims will be accepted upon the mentioned period.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the product for exchange and return. We accept exchange and return of products only if they are different from your order, or if they are damaged. If you wish to exchange or return, the item must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

We will bear the shipping charges for exchange and return, and any required refund will be made in HKD. However, exchange will be subject to stock availability. No refund will be made if attempted delivery is refused by the recipient without notice within 3 days of the delivery attempt.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Damage on the packaging during the delivery
Items that are damaged after delivery
If there is a shortage of product tags, labels, accessories, etc.
Damage declared more than 3 days after the receipt of the products
